CM2 Partners with MES Modular Systems
CM2, a division of Commonwealth Building Company, announces its partnership with MES Modular Systems LLC. MES, an independent sales organization, will represent CM2 in sales and marketing efforts in Northern New Jersey and New York State. Mike Sico, a veteran of the modular industry, owns MES and brings over 25 years of experience to the organization.
“I've known Mike Sico for 14 years and I am very excited that MES has agreed to represent us in the marketplace. Mike and his organization bring a wealth of knowledge and a long history of successful projects. CM2 Installs Custom Modular Sales Center for the Carriage Homes at Haverford Reserve
CM2, a division of Commonwealth Building Company, installed the new custom modular sales center for the Carriage Homes at Haverford Reserve, a premier residential lifestyle community on the Main Line in Haverford PA. They worked closely with Design 446 of Manasquan, NJ and the Development Team of The Goldenberg Group and Guidi Homes to develop and build the exceptional facility that offers a glimpse of the appointments featured in this new carriage home community.
As the gateway to Philadelphia Magazine's 2009 Design Home, the Haverford Reserve sales center reaches new heights with its 14' high stone entrance and decorative cupola. Complete with a sample kitchen and morning room, a sample study, and family room, the interior is certain to please all that enter.

Borough of Lakehurst Gets New Police Station
CM2, a division of Commonwealth Building Company, is excited to announce the delivery and installation of the Borough of Lakehurst NJ Police Station. The project, designed by Design Ideas Group of Deal, NJ, provided for the renovation of a former EMT building and a 2,500 square foot modular addition. The new facility will include a new squad room, secure interview rooms, and new public entrance area. In addition to providing the modular addition, Santorini Construction, Neptune NJ (the project GC), has contracted with CM2to complete some of the interior and exterior finishes calling on our unique turnkey solutions.
“We are pleased to bring CM2’s years of experience to this project. This hybrid method has allowed the General Contractor to focus on the renovation of the existing site. We have been working closely with the GC to create a workspace that meets all of the police department's needs,” said David Fetzer, principal and cofounder of CM2.
